The past weeks were some of the best ever. It’s now November, and I guess the whole festive season/partying vibes are going into overdrive for everyone. Not thoroughly for me, since my idea of a really happening party is finishing three episodes of a new drama in one night, but here’s what I’ve been up to:
Yi Yun suggested a Halloween sleepover/movie marathon thingum, but we ended up at Nava’s filming the vocals of what might just be the most epic music video everrrrr. The lot decided on ‘Starships’, which I honestly did not know a single line too. Um, thank God for trashy choruses.
It’s still a long way to hit completion, but times like these I’m really glad I have video-savvy friends since I can’t do any of that kind of thing to save my life.
How boss is Keith?
Unsuccessfully trying to remove myself from a picture.
Pretty Jean with pretty hair extensions…MINE. Hahaha. It’s all gone now as I type this – I’ve chopped it off a good three inches. ;_;
How amazingly pretty is Nava’s room, right?
After dinner, we moved over to Eudora’s place to play around with a makeshift green screen. Originally set-up so we could film the shots, but we ended up just toying around with different settings.
I really like this!
And just Saturday, we did a little surprise party for Mel over at her place. It was honestly one of the most fuss-free parties in a long time, and I’m soooo glad that her parents helped us out with the food + planning. We’ve just two more birthdays to go before the end of the year, and I’m that means more excuses for huge parties and gatherings with my too-energetic friends. At this point I am already getting exhausted, so *in Tyra’s voice once more* Here’s our best shot.
In other exciting news, I’ll be heading to Bangkok, Malaysia and Seoul (again!!!!!!!!!!) respectively in the next two months. Can I be any happier? Um, maybe sans the part that I am almost back to a dried-out bank balance again. OH HEAVENS.
